Charlene Frutier is Chief Operating Officer at IMIG, overseeing the firm’s international operations while contributing to client work in supply chain optimisation, inventory management and leadership development.

She specialises in manufacturing supply chains, with a focus on end to end planning from material planning and inventory strategy to modelling and execution through warehousing and logistics. She has extensive experience in Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP), supplier management, inventory reduction and accuracy. A consistent leadership focus throughout her career led her to pursue a professional coaching certification to support others in realising their potential.

She works primarily in the automotive and industrial sectors, with a consistent focus on manufacturing environments.

Before joining IMIG, Charlene led major supply chain initiatives that significantly reduced inventory value and improved stock accuracy. She played a key role in cutting line stoppages caused by material shortages and developed a long term inventory strategy to navigate the impacts of Brexit and broader international disruptions. She is also known for developing high performing teams and nurturing talent.

At IMIG, Charlene has led 360 supply chain assessments and played a key role in turnaround taskforces, particularly when escalation requires urgent alignment across functions. She is known for bringing teams together to restore continuity and performance. In one project, she helped a manufacturer move from months of sales arrears to achieving six weeks of stock availability across all parts.

Charlene holds a BSc in International Trade from University Paris Est and is professionally certified in coaching. She is fluent in both French and English.
