With 2.5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Engineering and Manufacturing sector, Jaja is making a shift into consulting, a field he has aspired to enter since his university days.

Jaja Thompson is a Manager at IMIG, specialising in Taskforce delivery projects aimed at business turnaround or operational enhancement. He brings strong analytical capabilities to uncover opportunities, drive improvement, and deliver measurable value for clients.
His core expertise includes capacity analysis and planning, process improvement, performance metrics and KPIs, as well as data analysis. He also brings solid experience in project and supply chain management.
Jaja primarily works in the automotive sector, with additional experience across aerospace, defence, and nuclear industries.
At IMIG, Jaja has contributed to major delivery projects including a supply chain recovery initiative for a Luxury British Car Manufacturer, where he was part of the Taskforce that stabilised, the interior components supply chain and helped recover nearly 500 cars within six months. He has also supported internal development by creating new client-facing tools, including training packs and a self-assessment model for operational improvement.
Before joining IMIG, Jaja worked for a UK-based Tier 1 manufacturer serving the automotive, defence, aerospace and nuclear sectors. He contributed to group-wide initiatives, using his analytical strengths to support strategic decision-making. His responsibilities included continuous capacity analysis to ensure customer demand was met, partnering with the CFO to manage and control operational costs, designing and maintaining the group’s KPI system, and supporting the board with research, analysis and management tasks.
Prior to IMIG, Jaja was a Business Analyst at a Manufacturing Group, where he handled a range of analytical and management tasks across the business.
Jaja holds a Master of Business degree with First Class Honours from Manchester Metropolitan University.
