Eleanor Pratt

Eleanor Pratt is an Associate at IMIG, specialising in project and programme management. She supports clients through data analysis, reporting and planning to ensure delivery is on track and aligned with strategic objectives.

She brings expertise in delivery support, task allocation, risk and issue management, and cross-functional team coordination. Eleanor is experienced in tracking and reporting, producing high-quality data analysis, and establishing clear roles and responsibilities through tools such as RACI models.

Before joining IMIG, Eleanor planned, coordinated and delivered development programmes, overseeing team roles and responsibilities to drive performance. By introducing structure and upskilling staff, she significantly improved programme quality and consistency, leading to a 53% increase in customer engagement over nine months.

At IMIG, Eleanor has played a central role in delivering a £30 million innovation programme for a British OEM, where she coordinated activity across internal teams, group stakeholders and external suppliers over a 12-month period. She helped improve alignment by establishing cross-functional working groups, strengthening task management and engagement.

Her approach to stakeholder management, including one-to-one meetings and workshops ,led to more effective requirement gathering across legal, engineering, quality, purchasing, UI/UX and logistics functions.

She also led on tracking, reporting and risk management to improve decision-making and responsiveness. More recently, Eleanor has supported tool management projects across multiple British OEMs, coordinating taskforces across tier 1 and 2 suppliers and analysing data through tool conversion, moulding, measurement and PPAP preparation.
